Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Bloma is a calm sliding puzzle where you grow flowers and send them as postcards. It's made by Fn2 Studio ("we"). This policy explains what the Bloma app for iPhone collects, why, and your choices.

The short version

What stays on your phone

This is stored only on your device. Deleting Bloma deletes it. You can also clear your collection in Settings → Data → Recollect flowers.

Ads (Google AdMob)

When a game ends, you can choose to watch a short video to continue. To show that video, Google AdMob receives information from your device, such as your IP address, device type and model, operating system, language, and whether you watched the ad. Google uses it to deliver the ad, count views, limit how often ads repeat, and prevent fraud.

Google's own policy explains how it handles this information: policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

What we don't do

We don't collect your name, email or contacts. We don't use analytics or tracking tools. We don't sell or rent any data.

Emails you send us

If you email us for help or to report a bug, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when the conversation is over.

Children

Bloma isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. The app itself collects none about anyone. Ads are non-personalised for everyone.

Your rights

Everything Bloma stores is on your device, under your control: clear it in Settings → Data, or delete the app. For anything about ads, use Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy choices (where it applies), or contact Google. For questions or requests, email bloma.app@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. If a change matters, we'll mention it in the app's release notes.
